Almost every day, users complain to me about the Kwikdisk system icon disappearing. Without Kwikdisk, users can't mount anything. 

The problem is that clicking the systray icon often results in an accidental click on the 'Quit' icon that appears at a dangerous one pixel distance from the mouse pointer.

A solution could be so also add a RMB menu (like KMix has) and put the Quit icon in there. Other functions like 'Configure Kwikdisk' should also go to the RMB menu.

I could use device icons for mounting, but these have problems updating and don't support mount scripts.

Or one could note that that's a Qt bug...

I doubt that fixing the QT bug described in Bug 76324 will fix this bug as well. The popup menu is not expanding into the region where the user clicked, it appears *next* to the click position. So theoretically, there's no problem. But people cannot always hold the mouse perfectly still while clicking, causing the mouse pointer to enter the popup menu while clicking on it.

So, I think this is a different problem.

I -think- my patch for that would work in that case, too (it's timer-based); though I am not sure whether the Trolls got unconfused about it, will ask. Hmm, I wish  had the patch here...
