Or one could note that that's a Qt bug... *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 76324 *** I doubt that fixing the QT bug described in Bug 76324 will fix this bug as well. The popup menu is not expanding into the region where the user clicked, it appears *next* to the click position. So theoretically, there's no problem. But people cannot always hold the mouse perfectly still while clicking, causing the mouse pointer to enter the popup menu while clicking on it. So, I think this is a different problem. I -think- my patch for that would work in that case, too (it's timer-based); though I am not sure whether the Trolls got unconfused about it, will ask. Hmm, I wish had the patch here... |
