Any news on this one? This project is unfortunately no longer maintained. If a new maintainer wants to step up and take care, the project is archived here: https://invent.kde.org/unmaintained/kppp You can just clone it in your private namespace on invent.kde.org and if you have started to work on it and fixed/implemented something get it reviewed and the project unarchived. Version: (using KDE KDE 3.3.2) Installed from: Gentoo Packages OS: Linux There is a Linux driver now for the Siemens GigaSet ISDN device family. This driver(s) also create tty device nodes when loaded. There may be three of them: /dev/ttyGB0: for the base station /dev/ttyGS0: for the serial DECT device /dev/ttyGU0: for the USB DECT device It would be nice if these devices could be added to the list of kppp's modem devices.
