I found a number of older bugs that matched well what I'm seeing, but they're all old and marked "closed", which would suggest that this is perhaps a regression.  I'm using KDE 3.3.1.

In Mozilla, it formats correctly.  In Konqueror, it doesn't wrap at all, requiring horizontal scrolling.
