Sentry Crash Report:

Description Derek Broughton 2004-12-20 20:32:17 UTC
Version: 3.3.1 (using KDE 3.3.1, (3.1))
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.5 (Debian 1:3.3.5-3)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.7

The help for the exclusion list in proxy configuration says:
"Check this box to reverse the use of the exception list, i.e. the proxy servers will only be used when the requested URL matches one of the addresses listed here."

However, it appears that the actual entry may NOT be a URL, only a domain name. At least, when I try to make the exclusion: "http://localhost/", it still attempts to proxy my local requests, but when the entry is just "localhost" it doesn't.

Interestingly, if I entry a domain in the proxy address, it gets replaced by "http://domain/", and if I enter just a domain in the exclusion list, it doesn't. Please consider replacing the word URL with Domain, or whatever it should really be.

I think it would be wiser to fix it in the program instead of the
documentation, jsut personal opinion. I just got done redoing the proxy
settings documentation, and I didn't change anything in this area, because it
almost directly contradicts what it says in the popup box, so fix the
popupbox text instead of documentation.
Good afternoon!

Seems this has been removed, therefore no longer being an issue. If I am wrong, please state so and tell me where to look in order to help alleviate the issue. Thanks!
