Version:           0.8.4 (using KDE 3.2.3, Mandrake Linux Cooker i586 - Cooker)
Compiler:          gcc version 3.4.1 (Mandrakelinux 10.1 3.4.1-4mdk)

I would like a function to send a message to all contacts that you are currently talking to simalar to MsgPlus! for MSN's /all message here

How about 

/all message
/everyone message
++ message

Your choice but I hate coping and pasting the message to everyone I talk to. It is very usefull.

Messages to everyone in a certain group
Messages to everyone that currently has a certain status (online, offline, away)
Messages to everyone from one account
Messages to everyone
Messages to everyon you are currently (not) talking to

I would guess this would not be hard to implement, but useful. Unfortunately will it take a while until I am able to implement this myself

Dear user, unfortunately Kopete is no longer maintained.

Please migrate to another solution, e.g. for Jabber a possibility is Kaidan, for Matrix a candidate is NeoChat.
