Normally I keep all replies in the same folder as the original mail, right now, I have to activate this for all folders locally. I would like to have a global option for this, something like "keep replies with original mails". At the same time, if this is enabled globally, it should be possible to change it locally (in other words: the option in folder properties should then change to something like "don't keep replies with original mails").
