Sometimes when I recieve icq messages that contains swedish characters they show up as blanks, squares or some kind of asian chars intead, makes messages quite hard to read. There is a screenshot of this here : http://www.solace.mh.se/~mickevi/snapshot5.png

Im not very good at debugging or coding so I cant find the problem myself, but if someome telles me what to do to get some debug info out Im willing to help.
