When in calendar view (the one with the hours) moving a 30 minutes event or todo up or down and fast causes said event or todo to change to 45 minutes or more.

Bug reproduction:
-open Korganizer
-go to an empty day
-go into single day view
-create a 30 mins event at 12:00
-move the event up and down fast between 10:00 and 16:00

The bug is still valid in 3.5.9 and current trunk (> 4.1)

Setting component to agendaview, since there the bug has occured (haven't checked if it still exists in KDE 4.x).

Make sure both expandTop and expandBottom calls add the same value.
