Sentry Crash Report:

Description Erwin Roth 2004-11-21 21:35:47 UTC
Version: 0.6.1 (using KDE 3.3.1, Gentoo)
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.3 20040412 (Gentoo Linux 3.3.3-r6, ssp-3.3.2-2, pie-8.7.6)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.27-openmosix

Sometimes it happens that you get double menu entries after installing a new version of a KDE application and you don't know from which .desktop file the entries are generated.

This also can happen if you have a hierarchy of profile folders by using the kiosk framework.

It can cost quite some time to find out the respective .desktop file which is causing the undesired menu entry. Therefore showing the actual location of the .desktop file to a selected menu entry in kmenuedit, e.g. in the status bar or the properties widget would be quite helpful.

Thanks in advance!
