Sentry Crash Report:

Description christian chevalier 2004-11-19 21:34:15 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.2.1)
Installed from: Mandrake RPMs
OS: Linux

When kget is exited with a list of not downloaded files, it seems to re-load the same list at startup. If the list is big (>4000), it tries to load it but seems to require a lot of memory. The memory use then grows until the system crash.
It seems that this program is not done to manage big downloads (the mandrake distro for example). Around 2000 files, it becomes slow and then unusable.
The "expert" button is a good idea to avoid hardworking validation of the numerous identical steps but when it is not selected at first, we have either to process each step one by one or to kill the program. An option (in the validation window itself), to block the following windows, would be welcome.
