When moving konsole window sometimes I miss the top dragging line and start dragging from, for example, "Settings" top menu. If I drag mouse outside konsole window and release before the "Settings" menu scrolls down, I get SIGSEGV.

Can't reproduce in CVS/HEAD.  Are you saying that the 'Settings' menu is visible and then you move the mouse outside of konsole (while holding down the mouse button)?
