Version:            (using KDE KDE 3.3.1)
Installed from:    Gentoo Packages

After opening a log-file of 126974 lines, and then selecting almost all of it and hitting <backspace> kate crashed. Sometimes it would also crash before hitting <backspace>.

any backtrace available?
only with this output and no concrete file for really reproduce this bug, no real chance to find it
