Version:           3.3.0 (using KDE KDE 3.3.0)
Installed from:    Debian testing/unstable Packages
OS:                Linux

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open an existing project.
2. Change and save one of its files.
3. Press F8 for the upload dialog.

Actual result:
No file is autoselected for upload

Expected result:
The changed file is autoselected for upload.

This is an regression - it used to work in quanta 3.2.3.

Are you sure the upload setting for that file is "When Modified" and not 
"Never"? There was a problem importing old (3.2.x) projects and all the 
files had upload setting "Never", but this is supposed to be fixed in 
3.3.1.

Um, well, that was it. I just had to replace all uploadstatus="0" with uploadstatus="1".

So this is a dupe of bug 88232.
