Installed from:    Compiled From Sources
Compiler:          gcc-3.2.1 
OS:                Linux

the description says it all, it looks like it is not the fault of my printer (kyocera fs-800)
because using the adobe acrobat reader this does not happen. Perhaps a bad font is used.
i'm using cups-1.1.20.and xorg-6.8.0. there is an attached pdf-file, which shows the problem for me.

Works fine with Okular.
