Version:           0.8.0 (using KDE 3.3.1, ALT Linux)
Compiler:          gcc version 3.3.3 20040412 (ALT Linux, build 3.3.3-alt5)
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.4.27-smp-sm

The new quick search bar provided with Knode 0.8.0 is very good feature, thanks. But it is not work when part (or full) of sender's E-Mail selected.

This is correct, the quick search only works for the information you can see in the header view. However it should be possible to extend it to email addresses.
