Description Matt Postiff 2004-10-11 23:56:22 UTC
Version: 0.11.12 (using KDE 3.2.1, SuSE)
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.3 (SuSE Linux)
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.5-7.108-default

When I start k3b, I see this before doing anything:

k3b: WARNING: KGenericFactory: instance requested but no instance name passed to the constructor!

Then I click Close on the Tip of the Day box. Then select New Audio CD project. The following pops up on my console:

kdecore (KAction): WARNING: KActionCollection::KActionCollection( QObject *parent, const char *name, KInstance *instance )
QMetaObject::findSignal:K3bAudioListView: Conflict with QListView::doubleClicked(QListViewItem*,const QPoint&,int)

I then navigate to the dir with mp3 files in it and start selecting them. The particular time that I encountered the bug (I cannot reproduce it at the moment), I clicked the third mp3 file (17 minutes in length) and k3b just froze up. I thought I was going to have to kill it. But after about 15 seconds it came back.

is this reproduceable with 0.12.7?

There has been no information in a long time. I cannot reproduce the bug so I
will close it.
