Description illogic-al 2004-10-09 03:23:24 UTC
Version: 0.8.3 (using KDE KDE 3.3.0)
Installed from: Compiled From Sources
Compiler: gcc 3.4
OS: Linux

Whenever kget is integrated with konqueror and used to download torrents from suprnova.org they no longer work.
T'would be nice to fix this bug for 3.3.1. Sorry it took so long to report, i forgot :-)

Make sure your file associations are setup properly.
*.torrent file should be passed to the application you set to handle these files, not kget to download them.

My file associations ARE set up properly. Torrent files "should be" opened by the applications when I see fit. If I want to download them I should be able to do so. And the fact that I can download them fine when not using kget indicates a bug in the program, not my file associations.
