I'd like to see another task view in Kontact.

When you activate "Show all tasks" in the Summary view, all tasks are shown including those which didn't start yet.

It would be good to choose a view which shows all tasks, except the ones that are before the start date/time.

In the current Kontact (5.20.2), you can configure the Summary to
show or hide to-dos with start dates in the future.
