Can you try a recent version of KDE? 3.4/CVS seems to work O.K. for me (ie picking LucidaTypewriter works). % grep Font /home/kvh/.kdehome-cvs/share/config/konsolerc -i defaultfont=LucidaTypewriter,14,-1,5,50,0,0,0,0,0 font=8 Fonts->Custom is checked. Hi, sorry for not updating, I installed Debian freshly (on another computer) and the problem doesn't appear there, though it remains on the first computer. Hence I assume that something is screwed up; I'm happy for any hint but else you can close the bug. Thanks and sorry for the noise, Eric Currently a problem with my upgrade from a perfectly functional KDE 3.3 to KDE 3.4.1 and Konsole 1.5.1. The console font selection/save facility worked great in KDE 3.3 but is totally nonfunctional in KDE 3.4. As a sidenote, the fonts appear to be limited in number in KDE 3.4.1. |
