Installed from:    SuSE RPMs

I'm missing in kmail the use of textblocks.
I have to write a lot of mail every day with nearly the same content,
like my bank account, my adress or other phrases.
For me it would be very helpfull if I can use the F-Keys which I
can configure with different textblocks.

This is now implemented, KMail has support for text snippets (with keyboard shortcuts) and for templates.
