Description Michael Jaeger 2004-09-15 15:19:06 UTC
Version: 1.6.3 (using KDE 3.3.0, (3.1))
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.4 (Debian 1:3.3.4-9)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.5-1-686

In Emacs one can format the LaTeX source code in a very nice manner. Kile offers a similar function but unfortunately it doesn't work as nice as in Emacs. Additionally, one can only format the whole document and not only an area or the current paragraph (which you again can do in Emacs).

This feature is so wonderful that I really would like to have it in Kile -- which would make it even better than it already is!!!

Hello Michael,

do you mean the same feature that is described in #88796 ?
I don't use Emacs so I don't know what you think of.

Thanks

After inspection I believe the features required are identical.
