I have some request features to improve KGet, in my opinion of course.

- First, it will be very useful if there was a option to retry downloading even if the server or the internet connection is down. Indeed, I have a rtc line, and everybody in my house connect and disconnect from internet, so my downloads are often stopped, and with only 99 retries, it is quickly cancelled, and it disappears of my download files list.


- In second, if kget didn't open a dialog box to inform us that the connection with the server is down, it will be good, because, when you are not connected, it's hard to open a connection to the server ;-)

- In the configuration dialog, in the tab Limit, it will be nice to replace "Maximum number of opened connection" (I don't know the real name of this option in english, because i'm french (it's also explain why my sentences are not very good ;-) )

- I think there are too much icons in the toolbar of Kget, and buttons like Expert, Last Folder, Automatic Closing... are not very useful because when you launch this program, you click only one time on these buttons, and that's all.

- It will be interested if, in the configuration tab Folder, if you can add an entry for a folder where you place all files, instead of a folder/extension.

- If KGet use the KDE 3.2 sound modules to define a sound / action, it will be more integrated in the environment.

- A option to see the downloaded size of each file in the main list will be interested.

- The word "waiting" instead of a 0,00 Ko per second seems to be not very appropriate in the speed column of the main list.

- I don't understand the option "In case of stopped connection" in the first configuration tab, what does it allow ?

To conclude, I think this program is too much complicated, and it will be very interested to simplify it, because it is a program that it very useful in the KDE environment.

PS: I used to use Downloader 4 X, and to definitely try to use "only" KDE programs, i try Kget during 3 months, and i give you my opinion.

Sorry if you think that i was agressive with your program, but I am not very good in english, and it's difficult to modulate my sentences ... ;-)
