Description Helge Deller 2004-09-11 23:09:26 UTC
Version: 1.7 (using KDE 3.3.89 (CVS >= 20040820), compiled sources)
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.3 (SuSE Linux)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.4-52-default

When printing a email message with KMail, at the top of the page "file:/" is printed.
This information is not very useful, instead the original user's name should ideally be printed here.

Even nicer would be if KMail could print the page like this (including the drawn through line):

<Date> <Users'name> Page <x> of <z>

e.g.

01.02.2004 Helge Deller Page 1 of 1

Note to developers: printing is currently done from the KHTMLView, which has no method to add a username or anything
Comment 2 Jaime Torres 2009-08-05 12:57:18 UTC
Could this be achieved by creating the printing templates as wishes 48872 and 193639 say?
Comment 3 Myriam Schweingruber 2012-08-18 08:22:11 UTC
Thank you for your feature request. Kmail1 is currently unmaintained so we are closing all wishes. Please feel free to reopen a feature request for Kmail2 if it has not already been implemented.
Thank you for your understanding.
Comment 4 Luigi Toscano 2012-08-19 00:49:14 UTC
Instead of creating a new feature request, please confirm here if the wishlist is still valid for kmail2.
