IMHO the terminal size should not change when un/hiding the tabbar.  If the user selects 80x25 it should be that regardless of tabbar.  This patch fixes that.  I noticed that the right side moves slightly; I think it is from the frame width difference.

Well, I find the current behavior strange; hence the patch.  :-)

Go ahead and close this if it determined to be un-HIG/KDE friendly.

Consensus is that the window size shouldn't change with font changes/hiding bars/etc.
