No, it doesn't, because if there's a filter that hasn't filtered any mails
yet, this filter isn't shown. Also one would have to look through the
whole log to find out, whether there's a filter for a folder.
IMHO a more general solution would be an "incremental search" lineedit in the filter dialog. Would help finding which filter goes to a specific folder, but also which filter reacts on a given word, or a given list-id, etc. David's suggestion is IMO the best solution. *** Bug 90396 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Thank you for your feature request.
