i just wanted to suggest the same (kde 3.5.1). i wanted to make a web shortcut for [1] but failed. konqueror is not able to work with POST. (if i'm wrong, please can you help me with a suggestion how to make this "entrez" webshortcut to work?) i know that from the webdesign point of view, using POST in such cases is wrong, but still, this is not a minority of pages unfortunately. [1]: entrez: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/gquery/gquery.fcgi *** This bug has been confirmed by popular vote. *** I for one would love to see this feature. I've stumbled upon a few websites which require POST method to work. This would really simplify things. This feature request has been here for over 2 years :( Sadly I don't have the expertise to implement this. |
