konqueror downloads are lasting very long (almost 1-2 minutes). To test this go i.e. "www.3dgamers.com". Mozilla or Opera is loading in a few seconds. This is since version konqueror 3.2.3. Could this be the same bug as described in bug number 39693 ? 

It looks very similar just, but I could not confirm. Also, when getting to download some files, starting this is lasting very long. I compared with Mozilla-firefox, Opera and Netscape. Other websites show the same effect. 

My Sytem is:
Debian 3.1 unstable/testing
2 GHz Athlon XP 
Geforce 4 64MB
256 MB RAM

And: NO MICROSOFT !!!

It may be an ipv6 issue, I had the same problem on Gentoo, since I have no ipv6 in the kernel, I had to export KDE_NO_IPV6=1 to solve the slow page loading problem.
