Hi,

open two tabs in Konqueror, load the first with e.g. about:blank. Open KDE Bug tracker home at the other tab.
Now switch back to the empty about page and enter some characters in the page. When the KDE page has completely loaded switch back to it. The characters entered are now visible in the second tab.

This works also when using a normal page instead of about:blank.

Not really sure if it is security-relevant, so raise the severity level to "critical" and let somebody else decide...

As written: "somebody else has to decide". I do not know Konqueror's code 
enough to decide or not what a security bug might be.
