When opening Konsole, there is no prompt.  There is a cursor, but I am unable to type anything (run commands, etc).

Must have been a onetime thing.  After exiting my session, and then logging back in, Konsole works fine.  Weird.. I had tried this three times first, and got the same problem. Now it's fine though.  *shrug*
