Version:           2.0.81 (using KDE 3.2.92 (3.3 beta2), Gentoo)
Compiler:          gcc version 3.3.4 20040623 (Gentoo Linux 3.3.4-r1, ssp-3.3.2-2, pie-8.7.6)

It would be cool if there was an option to make juk go to the system tray on minimize like on close.

Sorry, that's just one too many options related to the systray and JuK is currently following the KDE style guide behavior.
