K3b doesn't find dvd+rw-format althought it's available and in the $PATH and in Path setting of k3b.

[~] $ which dvd+rw-format
/usr/bin/dvd+rw-format
[~] $ dvd+rw-format --version

the version string changed in 4.10.

well, that was the problem and I fixed it. :)

This bug appear again in k3b 0.12.3_1 on FreeBSD 5.4+KDE 3.4.2 and the locale is zh_CN.eucCN
