Version:           3.2.91 (using KDE KDE 3.2.91)
Installed from:    Compiled From Sources
Compiler:          gcc 3.3.3 
OS:                Linux

On the web site http://www.wherearethewmd.org, Konqueror does not render the :before and :after CSS-content blocks on the quotes. Instead of quotation marks appearing, only a dotted-edged box appears where the quotations should reside.

This works fine in anything Mozilla-based.

play with your font, it needs to contain these glyphs.
