Version:           0.99-devel (using KDE KDE 3.2.1)
Installed from:    RedHat RPMs

When in label editor mode, clicking on an existing label pops up that label's label dialog; however clicking on a legend does not pop up the legend tab of the plot dialog.  

How to reproduce: have a legend on a plot, enter label editor mouse mode, click on the legend.

Expected behavior: the legend tab of the edit plot dialog pops up instead of putting a new label on top of the legend.
