Description Matthias Kretz 2004-07-07 23:10:51 UTC
Version: unknown (using KDE 3.2.91 (CVS >= 20040706), compiled sources)
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.4 (Debian 1:3.3.4-2)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.7-mkretz-1

From what I've seen KMail looks for the sweep executable to check for Sophos AntiVirus. But there's another Linux program out there with the same executable: http://www.metadecks.org/software/sweep/index.html

So it'd be good to check whether the sweep exec is actually Sophos...

Yes, I can confirm this. Maybe you want to parse the output of "sweep --version" or "sweep --help"?
Comment 2 Laurent Montel 2011-09-21 12:34:19 UTC
I don't have this anti-virus :(
Comment 3 Laurent Montel 2012-07-26 17:45:01 UTC
I can't have it.
There is not news about it.
And it's just for windows/mac.

So close it
