I would like to see the following behaviour in konqueror:

1.) click on the mmb on blank space
2.) move you mouse up / down w/o clicking anymore will cause konqueror to scroll up/downwards
3.) clicking mmb again will stop that

I really miss that feature in konqueror. maybe an icon could show you that you are in that mode.
