kopete, juk or any app that uses the system tray functionality to "hide" the window when single clicked do not work when the window is shaded. 

1. shade the a kopete contact list (or juk playlst, kaffeine, kwallet etc etc etc) 
2. click its system tray icon to hide it
3. the window contents becomes 100% clear (transparent) with the window borders still showing rather than hiding in the system tray.
