If you reduce that to that some mp3's have a distorted a crackling bass, then that bug has been fixed in both KDE 3.3 and KDE 3.2.3. It shouldnt happen with oggs I've to witnessed mp3 distortion and hiccups (Fedora Core 2, newly packaged kde-3.2.3), and it occurs *only* when arts' sound buffer is set to "as large as possible". With any other setting, it plays fine. Wierd, huh? fixed in kde 3.2.3 and 3.3 |
