Description h 2004-05-27 16:33:51 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.2.2)
Installed from: FreeBSD Ports
OS: FreeBSD

kmail composer pops me up a file attachment reminder when i discuss attachment in a stand alone email.

i DONT WANT to be offered an attachment reminder THAT I CANT EVEN TURN OFF every time i discuss file attachments.

so this m$-like "feature" should be removed or at least given the possibility to stop to show up.

You can turn it off.
Settings / Configure KMail / Composer / Attachments (last tab), see the checkbox there.

The multitude of configure options for kmail perhaps makes it hard to find, but this is an important productivity feature that makes the software work for you.

If Microsoft implements something like that, all power to them.
