Version:           3.0.3 (using KDE KDE 3.2.2)
Installed from:    Gentoo Packages
Compiler:          gcc version 3.3.2 20031218 (Gentoo Linux 3.3.2-r5, propolice-3.3-7) 
OS:                Linux

Current, 3.0.3 version of KDevelop contains admin.tar.gz archive that is a bit older and it doesn't support processing of .kcfgc and .kcfg files. When I replaced contents of admin directory with admin directory from kdegames package everything worked ok.

The admin.tar.gz on kdevelop 3.0.3 is compatible with  old KDE 3.0.2 and up versions. That's why it is a bit old but we need to remain compatible with this old KDE version.
The new KDevelop 3.1 will require KDE 3.2.0 and will have a newer admin.tar.gz file.
