Version:           1.6.2 (using KDE 3.2.2, Mandrake Linux Cooker i586 - Cooker)
Compiler:          gcc version 3.3.2 (Mandrake Linux 10.0 3.3.2-6mdk)
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.4.25-2mdk

I marked it as a bug because normal users (two friends of mine) aren't able to click on OK or Cancel :
The KMail configuration window is way too big, at least in french and portuguese because of the security tab : it doesn't fit on an 1024x768 screen!

Based on the screenshot, I'd reckon this is similar to Bug 74259, just another language.
