When I first click empty space on desktop and I have transparency enabled for my style, it works as it should, but when I click empty space there second time without clicking anywhere with left button. transparency suddenly loses.

I have tested this with plastik and keramik themes.
I have following selections done for styles:
Combobox effect - Animate
Tool tip effect - Fade
Menu Effect - Make transcluent
Menu tear-off handles - Application level
