I just made a desktop-icon with this content, I can drag addressees from the addressbook onto it and they are sent via bluetooth [Desktop Entry] Comment=send Comment[de]=send Encoding=UTF-8 Exec=kbtobexclient %f GenericName=send via Bluetooth Icon=exec MimeType=text/x-vcalendar;text/x-vcard Name=Send via Bluetooth Path= StartupNotify=true Terminal=false TerminalOptions= Type=Application X-DCOP-ServiceType= X-KDE-SubstituteUID=false X-KDE-Username= This would be a very useful feature, will almost every phone on the market today being both bluetooth-enabled and vcard-compliant. The development of the old KAddressBook will be discontinued for KDE 4.4. Since the new application has the same name, but a completly new code base we close all bug reports against the old version and ask the submitters to resend there reports against the new product. *** Bug 199988 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** I am moving this to the new KAddressBook Product as the OP's feature request is still valid. Thanks Tobias and team! still relevant |
