Version:           v2.1.9 (using KDE 3.2.2, compiled sources)
Compiler:          gcc version 3.3.2 (Mandrake Linux 10.0 3.3.2-6mdk)
OS:          Linux (i686) release 2.6.3-7mdk

When trying to extract .tar.gz and .tar.bz2 archives with ark or konqueror's actions menu, I get an error message that it can't fork a decompressor.  Extracting these archives works just fine when doing it from command line. If I use ark to make a .tar.gz or .tar.bz2 archive, it can extract that archive without problem.
