Hi!

If I have "Hide the tab bar when only one tab is open", Konqueror flickers when I open the a second tab.

How to reproduce:
1. Start konqueror
2. Enable "Hide the tab bar when only one tab is open" in
   settings->configure konqueror->web behavior.
3. Open any url (makes the flickering more visible)
4. Open a new tab, and watch it the flicker.
   (I suspect that it flickers even more if you've got
   a non-default system wide widget background color).

Exepected behaviour is to not flicker.
