If you use konqueror to download a file, and during the download you select the "Keep this window open after transfer is complete" option, then the progress window will never report 100% complete.  The file will still be downloaded successfully.  When the download is finished, the window still shows 99% complete.  The total size downloaded is just under the full size.  It shows 00:00:00 remaining (which may be correct).

If the "Keep this window open..." option is never chosen, then the window will close when the file is finished and there is no apparent problem.

I've also seen this behaviour with recent CVS HEAD. I'm tending to thinking it is more likely a bug with kdelibs/kio than with konqueror though.
