Description Anno V. Heimburg 2004-04-20 16:03:57 UTC
Version: 3.2.1 (using KDE 3.2.1, Gentoo)
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.2 20031218 (Gentoo Linux 3.3.2-r5, propolice-3.3-7)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.25-gentoo-r1

Hi!

It would be great to have a feature that allows to automatically prevent reoccuring events on holidays, preferably on a per-event-basis. A checkbox a la "This event doesn't occur on a holiday" is one option, another option would be a button to add all holidays within the reoccuring event timeframe to the exceptions (although I expect troubles here with events that don't have a finish-by date).

Cheers,
Anno.

It would also be nice if one could enter an alternative date+time if the reoccuring event happens to be on a red-letter-day.

My additional wish is a special case of Bug 54949 (Feature Request - Dissociating single occurences from a recurring event)
