Try if there is a connection to your Konqueror preloading setting. There is a connection with Konqueror preloading. if No is 0 - bug is absent. if No is 1 - when i Launch no more than 1 Konqueror from kicker bug is present, second konqueror is OK and bug doesn't affect launchings no more When changing language settings preloaded konq instances should probably quit and new ones loaded. Still present in 3.5.9 Please, would you like to check the bug using a more recent KDE version like 4.3 or trunk? Many thanks.
