Version:           0.8.0 (using KDE 3.2 BRANCH >= 20040204, Mandrake Linux Cooker i586 - Cooker)
Compiler:          gcc version 3.3.2 (Mandrake Linux 10.0 3.3.2-6mdk)
OS:          Linux (i686) release 2.6.3-4mdk

I can't receive any file from people using MSN/Windows Messenger, didn't try with Trillian or alikes.
Have no ideia of what so ever could be causing it.

MSN Messenger changed his file transfer protocol in the version 6.  And it's still not implemented in Kopete

My buddies are using Messenge 6 for more than one year now. There were no problem until Kopete 0.8.0/0.8.2


Are you talking about Messenger 6.2 ?
