Description NetVicious 2004-04-02 12:41:52 UTC
Version: 3.2.1 (using KDE KDE 3.2.1)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages
OS: Linux

I work with the TreeView undocked.

When I close Quanta and reopens it, I need to go to View Menu to open the TreeView

Sorry, can you be more specific? Which Tree View's state is not restored
and what you mean about you have to go to the View menu to open it? If
I undock the treeviews on the next startup they will appear undocked.
Tried with Quanta 3.2.2 + and KDE CVS HEAD and KDE 3.1.x.

The state I said it's the undocked state. So with 3.2.1 I need to go to the view menu to open it.

Now it's ok, the bug was solved in 3.2.2.

Now, the only think that fails it's the undocked window doesn't appears at the same place when it was at the closing of quanta.

This problem should be due to the window manager, I use wmaker. So if it runs correctly for you mark this bug as resolved.

Example. I have the TreeView window at the down right position. When I close and open quanta the TreeView appears at top left.

The treeview position is correctly restored under KWin, so this should
be a window manager issue.
So I'm closing the bug now.
