Version:            (using KDE KDE 3.2.1)
Installed from:    Gentoo Packages
Compiler:          gcc 3.2.3 
OS:          Linux

If I select the winskin plugin, I get a soundserver (artsd) crash on start - it still plays though.

My soundserver setup in control panel:

Enable the sound system ON
enable network sound OFF
run with highest priority ON
auto-suspend ON
everything under hardware tab is off
I am using 2.4.1 on kde 3.2.1 in gentoo

I can only guess that it's caused by the buggy vis code in winskin. A backtrace would be helpful here.
